USE="debug" will now enable a debuggable perl (bug 60775) - note this is a |

debuggable "perl" - not the same as using one of the perl modules for |

debugging your scripts |

USE="perlsuid" will now enable the ebuilding of suidperl again. This is at |

your own caution, and you are warned of such. perlsuid is buggy as all get |
| 10 |
out and not necessarily the most secure - but while some packages (and |

people) still rely on its existence, it is built only by specific use flag |
| 12 |
now. (last practice was to remove it completely before it was merged to your |
| 13 |
