7 In any event, we're going to need a way to identify foundation members.
8 I've asked agriffis to generate a list of members as of the last
9 election, and anybody not on that list who's been a dev for a year
10 is eligible to join. My tentative plan was to have current and wannabe
11 members vote to approve or reject each of the nominees, and those who
12 are eligible who vote then become members of the Foundation. If people
13 would prefer to simply have a "reopen nominations (yes/no)" vote,
14 that would be fine with me.
