In any event, we're going to need a way to identify foundation members. |

I've asked agriffis to generate a list of members as of the last |

election, and anybody not on that list who's been a dev for a year |

is eligible to join. My tentative plan was to have current and wannabe |

members vote to approve or reject each of the nominees, and those who |

are eligible who vote then become members of the Foundation. If people |

would prefer to simply have a "reopen nominations (yes/no)" vote, |
| 14 |
that would be fine with me. |
