I'm going to say that this issue should be delegated to Paul de Vrieze |

(metastructure) who will then be responsible to ensure that the GLEP issue |

does not get dropped by us managers and gets properly reviewed and |

integrated into the management structure in a timely fashion. |

Paul's role is to ensure that the management is being responsive to the |

needs of the project, and that these kinds of proposals do not get lost or |

forgotten due to our busy schedules. |
