Team,

Our current council will hold their last meeting on 14-Jun-20.
We therefore need to elect a new council before the July meeting.

To do this, I'm calling for three volunteers to be election officials and an
infra member to be the infra contact.

The timeline, still exactly to be determined will span just over 4 weeks.
Two weeks nominations, a few days for infra to set up the ballot on
Woodpecker, two weeks for voting followed by a few days to check
results.

The timeline I have in mind is nominations open at midnight between
5/6 Jun. and close at midnight 19/20 Jun.
Voting starts Midnight 22/23 June and runs until midnight 6/7 July.
Results announced a few days later.

Election officials monitor the project ML for nominations and update
the election Wiki page to keep track of nominations, acceptances and
manifestos.
Once the votes are in, they rank the results and compare notes.
They should also join #gentoo-elections on freenode.

Please don't volunteer to support the election if you plan to run.
Candidates may not be election officials.

For completeness, only three election officials are required, so with
myself, we will have a spare. That's good, every now and again,
real life can intervene at the last moment.
