[gentoo-dev] cpan mirrors in 3rdparty

Just passing on before the weekend finishes destroying my mind (ye who have
kids understand better) - mirror://cpan/ now A) exists and B) references the
multiplexer at cpan. Which means you can override it with your local mirror
of choice if you don't like the mirrors that the multiplexer randomizes for
you. For those who wanted that, mirror://cpan/, for those that don't care a
whit about perl modules - =:P
