7 i think when the file should be executable, it should be stored with a +x, but
8 otherwise it shouldnt ...

10 for example, every once in a while ebuilds/digests/metadatas/licenses pop up
11 with +x on them and there's no real way to clear it short of removing/adding
12 the file or having the cvs admin clear it
