13 *shrug* It's pretty obvious. You probably already know this, but for
14 the benefit of those who really haven't thought about it rather than
15 those who just want to go around trolling... When a package that
16 toggles a USE flag gets installed, the dep resolver has to go back and
17 regenerate the deplist with that USE flag changed. However, this can
18 cause the package that would have enabled the USE flag to no longer be
19 installed.
