| 3 | I emerged glibc-2.3.2_pre1 and noticed that it breaks vmware-workstation. |
| 4 | I read somewhere on the web that it has to do with errno related |
| 5 | functions. The error I get from VMware is: |

| 7 | XIO: fatal IO error 0 (Success) on X server ":0.0" |
| 8 | after 2831 requests (2830 known processed) with 99 events remaining. |

| 10 | When I downgrade back to glibc-3.2.1-r3 the problem dissapears. |
