12 Well, how did you install the kernel that you are having problems with?
13 You need to compile your own kernel as per the instructions, making sure
14 to include ReiserFS and ext2 support, Virtual Memory Filesystem support,
15 and devfs support (*without* the "mount at boot option.) You will also
16 need to have support for IDE or SCSI, including disk support. All these
17 options need to be *compiled in* to the kernel; they cannot be modules.
