Hi, |
2 |
|
3 |
I'm in favor of cascading profiles, but the current implementation |
4 |
needs some improvement: |
5 |
|
6 |
- Guidelines for changing inherited profiles. |
7 |
- An improved inheritance design: A generic (non-linux) base profile |
8 |
and more specialized sub-profiles. |
9 |
- The Base profile requires virtuals to be installed that are only |
10 |
declared in subclasses (virtual/dev-manager). No tool to QA these |
11 |
things. |
12 |
|
13 |
Best regards, |
14 |
|
