This script is sort of small and young right now, but I hope to make
this into a nice informative tool for both devs and users alike. My
inteneded hopes for it:

1) have something to check category issues
2) have something to check maintainers/herds. This will include
somewhat complex queries such as:
~ packages owned by gnome herd and sound herd or kde herd and sound
herd
~ (not sure why people would need this but.. I'll toss it in anyways).
3) do the above for packages being owned by retired devs
4) have a tool for users to check on maintainers when reporting bugs,
and possibly give them an email to work with
5) check with KEYWORDS to help with security "who needs to mark stable"
6) Anything else I can't think of

This is written in bash script, feel free to flame/comment/etc.

Should anyone feel this is usefull, I'll toss it to bugzilla as a new
package once I've somewhat made it look ok. Feel free to abuse it for
now. At this time it will only check for missing metadata.xml files
and empty directories.

Find it on:

for now.
