8 you can disable the ability to post from non-subscribed addresses for one
9 thing. Also you could setup spamasassing then add an entry for the added
10 headers to block list.

12 adding rbl checks to the mta on the listserver would also take care of a
13 good bit of it. It's really not hard to do. I manage several lists and they
14 don't get any spam.
