Trademarks have domains that they apply to. For instance Donald Trump |

is trying to trade mark "You're Fire" but it only applies to |

entertainment and specific aspects of that. He could not, for instance, |

force companies to pay him when they tell an employee they are fired. |

So if they patent the "LiveCD" Term it would not apply in the software |

realm from my pathetic grasp of trademark law. |
