9 You write that subversion supports changesets, but AFAIK it doesn't, and the
10 Subversion Book seems to confirm this. What exactly do you mean by
11 changesets? I'm not sure what changesets are myself, but fex. there's no SVN
12 format for describing a commit's contents (properties, moves, ...) which can
13 be applied to a working copy (as svn merge would).

15 I see nothing else to comment on in the protoGLEP, as it has nothing
16 Gentoo-specific in it... For people familiar with svn, the Abstract and
17 Motivation are the only interesting parts.
