5 But this isn't about upgrading Qt, it's about the packages that depend on it.
6 If you change deps from >=qt-3.0 to =qt-3.3 then nobody will be able to work
7 with a Qt dependant package until they upgrade Qt. In the same regard, there
8 are people still using Apache1 whom we aren't forcing to upgrade to Apache2
9 just so they can use some of the apache modules.
