| 1 | I would like to know, if there is some policy about editing skel.* files or who owns/maintains them. |
| 2 | Additionally, i suggest some changes to skel.ebuild: |
| 3 | -fix the comment for inherit (afaik $(getlibdir) is provided by multilib eclass) |
| 4 | -comment out the inherit line |
| 5 | -comment out DEPEND and RDEPEND |
| 6 | -remove the || die from econf |
| 7 | -comment out the complete src_compile |
| 8 | |
| 9 | Since it seems like people change it at will and those are minor changes, i will do them in a few |
| 10 | days, if noone has a good reason against them. |
