What is the purpose of this list as compared to the gentoo-user? I have |

noticed alot of people posting merging problems and so forth that, as I |

see it, are not related to developement. I am fairly new here, so maybe |

I have misunderstood something. If I havn't, should perhaps the |

welcoming message to the list include a header on the purpose of the |

list? Sort of like the forums have..... |
