1 I've already seen that page. The installer is merely one component in the
2 system I've been discussing.

4 After you install, you need to maintain. I don't see anything on the installer
5 page to indicate that the installer project addresses that concern, or that it
6 addresses the option of maintaining one's own tree.

8 Besides which, there hasn't been a commit to the installer tree in 2 months. If
9 there are people working on this, where are they and why haven't they stepped
10 out of the woodwork yet? ;)
