15 I'll repeat what I wrote on this list at least 4 times now. The gnome
16 team decided to move forward and use systemd as we have not enough man
17 power to develop our own alternative to logind.

19 If there ever was such alternative, we would most likely drop the
20 systemd requirement and I would, for sure, be the first to try it out
21 since I very much prefer openrc.
