Well, the current distinction would then be between "Informational" and
"Action" ("Enhancement" seems redundant, since it's part of the name.) 
The reason I raised the question is that I wasn't sure I could
definitively discern the difference between the two.  For example, would
drobbins' recent proposal count as I or A?
