Hi all, |
2 |
|
3 |
I am glad to announce further progress at packages.gentoo.org (pgo in |
4 |
the following). Compared to previous work during the last months, |
5 |
which mostly addressed the back end, the new changes are rather |
6 |
comprehensive. That's why I am looking forward to feedback here. |
7 |
|
8 |
So the tl;dr is that the new pgo version now displays: |
9 |
- dependencies |
10 |
- reverse dependencies |
11 |
- pkgcheck results |
12 |
- repology.org data |
13 |
- github pull requests |
14 |
- stabilization bugs |
15 |
- keywording bugs |
16 |
- security bugs |
17 |
- general bugs |
18 |
for each package. |
19 |
|
20 |
Additionally, there are new sites for all package maintainers, that is: |
21 |
- Gentoo Projects (e.g. python@g.o) |
22 |
- Gentoo Developers (e.g. larry@g.o |
23 |
- Proxied Maintainers (e.g. larry@×××××××.de) |
24 |
|
25 |
The maintainer's sites contain: |
26 |
- all packages of the maintainer |
27 |
- all outdated packages (according to repology) |
28 |
- all related pull requests |
29 |
- all related bugs (general, keywording and stabilization) |
30 |
- all security bugs |
31 |
- the changelog of all maintained packages |
32 |
You will find the new sites under the 'Maintainers' tab. |
33 |
|
34 |
The overall appearance of the site has also slightly changed to |
35 |
display all of the new information. |
36 |
|
37 |
Currently, the new version is deployed to: |
38 |
|
39 |
https://packagestest.gentoo.org/ |
40 |
|
41 |
Everyone is welcome to take a look around and tell me whether you |
42 |
consider the new information as useful for your workflow and/or what |
43 |
you would still change. |
44 |
|
45 |
I'm looking forward to your feedback. |
