[gentoo-dev] emacs-x11 package

Hi,

Right now the emacs-x11 package is installed in prefix /usr/X11R6, but
the emacs-nogui package is installed in /usr. I don't think its a good
idea to install a package in a different prefix just because its using
a different configuration, becuase if another package depends on it,
it will have to take into account all the different prefixes it could
be in. I especially think emacs should always be in /usr, because
thats where it's traditionally put, and thats where scripts and
whatnot expect it to be, and it's really a console based editor more
than it's a X11 editor (the x11 gui is more of a hack than
anything...)
