6 filecaps require the kernel to support security xattrs on the
7 filesystems used for install (and merge, iirc, not sure if the eclass
8 works this around — at the time it was written, tmpfs didn't support
9 xattr; now it does so it does support filecaps), and the
10 filesystem-based capabilities as well (which might be forced-on right
11 now but I'm not going to bet on it).
