filecaps require the kernel to support security xattrs on the |

filesystems used for install (and merge, iirc, not sure if the eclass |

works this around — at the time it was written, tmpfs didn't support |

xattr; now it does so it does support filecaps), and the |

filesystem-based capabilities as well (which might be forced-on right |
