5 I don't think it's quite as simple as that. According to Wikipedia,
6 AMD has significantly scaled back SSE5 so that it won't interfere with
7 AVX, but it will be implemented in Bulldozer and will consist of the
8 new XOP, FMA4, and CVT16 instruction sets.

10 Strangely enough, media-libs/spandsp already has an SSE5 USE flag.
