I upgraded xfree-4.2.0-r2 last night. It installed fine. When I |

first tried, I got similar errors from bug #243 so I did |

1) rm /usr/portage/distfiles/* |

2) rm -rf /var/tmp/portage/ |

BTW, I'm really enjoying Gentoo. Considering the /. fame, AMD & AGP |

confusion, rsync conjestion, mailing list woes, and every other |

issue that's keeping you all busy... I've learnt more about Linux |

in the last month using Gentoo, then 2 years of Redhat and Debian |

(both of which are great distros) |
