1 Another question I think that needs be asked, is "What does a tag look
2 like", or "What sort of values can a 'tag' have?".

4 People are probably assuming it will be some arbitrary name like
5 "video" or "sound" or soforth, but there is potential to use tags for
6 more than that.

10 Intent: editing, viewing, processing, validating, etc
11 Material: video, images, sound, text, etc
12 Formats: mp3, jpeg, etc.
