[gentoo-dev] translations, who to direct to ?

Hi,

In order to have more translations on Gentoo.org (documentation), to whom
should someone direct himself to? I thought gentoo-dev@g.o was the
right place (as it is mentioned everywhere on the site).

So, the question: what are the approval-rules in order for a translation to
be accepted for publication? Do you have to have at least X translated
documents ?
