Well, I'd probably say. The respect of others both in and out of the open source community. Secondarily I'd say that we lose a bit of the corporate ready appearance that some are working towards (which I don't oppose). Third, we lose the respect of each other in the project. Seriously, its not something to be thought of lightly.
