Hi!

Just wanted to give you a good query to get a list of all ebuilds that
hasn't been processed yet. All ebuilds with State NEW should be handled.
If they have state ASSI it means that the owner of the bug is currently
working on it.

http://bugs.gentoo.org/buglist.cgi?product=Gentoo+Linux&bug_status=NEW&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=REOPENED&field0-0-0=keywords&type0-0-0=substring&value0-0-0=EBUILD

When you decided to start working on an ebuild you click on the link in
the left (bug-number) which brings up the form for that bug. Do a
"Reassign bug to" to yourself, and then go back to that bug (when
processed) and change status to ASSIGNED by selecting Accept bug and
commit.

When it's finished you Resolve the bug by selected the "Resolve bug,
changing resolution to FIXED" and commit. A nice comment about where it
was put might be nice too.
