Ok, now, i have got permission from QA team to clean things up. |

I will try to cleanup all obsolete atoms except: |

- gnome 3.6 and mysql atoms in base profile (they was added for a reason |
| 15 |
and i do not want to broke things) |
| 16 |
- hppa profile. As i know HPPA guys are not happy when not-arch-team |
| 17 |
developer touches their profile, so i will leave decision to clean up |
| 18 |
things directly to them |
