8 uhh yeah, like people who want to commit a fix unrelated to any arch
9 breakage someone else may have caused

11 arch breakage is for arch teams to worry over ... without the -I
12 option, maintainers are basically fucked and unable to commit any fixes
13 until the arch issue is resolved
