1 That's a blatant bug -- please file a bug report asap

3 Gentoo is NOT to touch /usr/local at all in any official ebuilds. Under
4 NO circumstances are we to do so (the only exception, I suppose is in
5 the initial creation of the directory structure in baselayout, but that
6 is NOT a slippery slope :P).
