Hey all,

The netmon herd is seeking help since most of us have been hammered by other
tasks be it with work, personal life, etc. We are mainly looking for people who
have experience in networking/system engineering, NOC management, network
security admins, etc. Our herd covers packages like cacti, nagios, snort, etc...
basically anything dealing with networking and monitoring it! Our biggest
problem right now is nailing bugs assigned to our group. A quick look shows
we've got 37 NEW bugs assigned to us!! [1]

If you're interested in helping out, please respond to me in an email or come
join #gentoo-netmon on freenode. The best way to help out right now is going
through all those bugs and working on them. Preferably, any current dev is
preferred since we can get them tackling these faster, but new devs are
encouraged if needed. We need people that can make a commitment so we can keep
the packages in netmon up-to-date!
