6 Honestly, native support for overlays is something paludis gets right
7 - the main tree is just another tree and you prioritize them. What I
8 don't like about paludis is that it exposes a lot of implementation
9 details in its config files that are probably best defaulted away
10 (unless that has changed), but having /etc/portage/repositories.d with
11 a bunch of files that each contain a URI and a priority and maybe
12 other optional parameters would be nice.
