14 What I am hoping we end up with is:

16 profiles/default-linux/$arch/ChangeLog: This is for the arch
17 team/releng/anyone else who make changes in an architecture's profile.
18 This would be for adding, for example, things to use.mask or
19 package.mask on the no-multilib profile(s).
20 profiles/default-linux/ChangeLog: This is for stuff affecting Linux
21 only.
22 profiles/base/ChangeLog: This is for anything affecting everyone.
23 profiles/ChangeLog: This is for new USE/package.mask and such.

25 Of course, other ChangeLog entries could be added to different
26 locations, but this is my trying to keep the number of ChangeLog
27 locations as small as possible. I'm definitely open to any other
28 suggestions or ideas. I just think this is probably the easiest for the
29 time being.
