28 Well, to be clear it doesn't actually redirect. If you didn't use one
29 of those fancy new-age web browsers, you'd notice #c4 works as
30 expected. I suspect it does some fancy JavaScript addressbar update
31 though. Anyway, breaking '#c4' should be definitely treated as a bug,
32 not expected limitation.
