6 So copy it instead of moving it, then do a proper cvs rm on the old

9 Package moving/renaming with history following is a worthwhile feature
10 to pursue. Nobody wants to go digging through various directories
11 to track down package history, especially if the package has moved
12 or been renamed more than once.
