I learnt a lot about icons today. An a log about picky browsing |

Mozilla eats all types of shortcut icons, explorer does not. Explorer |

only eats .ico. |

The ico type has to be explorer compatible. The way I made this one is |

to create a .png image in the gimp (or in gnome-iconedit) and then |

convert it using 'pngtoico' |

Then put something like <link rel="shortcut icon" href="favicon.ico" |
