19 variable is unchanged, that is, repoman should not even spit a

21 Unless one "adds" an artificial mechanism (like encoding the revision
22 into the variable name or variable content) which *forces* the
23 maintainer to change/check that variable.
24 But any such mechanism I can think of is inconvenient and
