17 Remember that we can also modify USE_ORDER to specifically drop profile
18 flags *or* package-default flags, but not necessarily both. Maybe this is
19 something that should be brought "above the table" and documented. It's a
20 lot harder to shoot yourself in the foot by just dropping profile flags,
21 but keeping package defaults.
