7 Yeah, will require some inspection into how this works and what
8 information we have available; if that indicator isn't present and
9 upstream doesn't want to add it, we can still opt to hook into the
10 write calls and make the information available that way.

12 I can't imagine there is completely no way to do this; a first example,
13 strace, comes to mind that can do this. So a stripped down form of that
14 would be one way to do it. Assuming we can't get direct information.
