16 Not only the same style, a direct reply to it, so it's part of the same
17 thread for anything using references-header threading instead of subject-

20 Ordinarily that's discouraged when the subject is entirely unrelated, but
21 if the subject is taken to be herd -> project announcements and
22 discussion thereof rather than the specific announcement, it fits. So no
