Ok, but most "active contributors" are people that submit ebuilds to devs and |

know nothing about the structure/policy/whatever about ebuilds. If you're |

not a dev, you're probably not going to worry about revision bumps. If |
| 8 |
you're a dev without alternate arches, you're probably not going to know |
| 9 |
about how other arches can get screwed by improper pic handling. |

To conclude, active contributors are generally in a focused environment. The |
