Lately it seems that some packages in the stable portage tree require |

dependencies that are masked. For whatever reason the checks and |

balances are not in place - no problem. It would be nice to have |

Portage ask if it is OK to emerge a masked packade to fulfill the |

dependency in those cases. |

This time - Slypheed-claws-0.8.8 requires gpgme-0.3.10 (which is masked) |

Usually a rsync a day or so later when the error is caught fixes it, but |

alternatives to failing would be nice (even downgrading Sylpheed so the |
| 11 |
stable gpgme could be used). |
