11 No, it means that Gentoo is accepting responsibility for carrying the
12 posts. Isn't that why threads advocating certain kinds of clearly
13 illegal activity (software 'piracy' and hate speech being the most
14 common, but also threads which contain people's personal information
15 posted without permission) are deleted or locked?
