[gentoo-dev] 1.0_rc3 -> 1.0_rc4-pre2 update

Hi All,

Apologies for the problems everyone has been having with 1.0_rc3.  I'm going to
remove it from ibiblio.org.  Also, I need to fix the 1.0_rc4-pre2 CD; the
problem is due to a single text file missing on the CD that the CD detector
uses to determine if it's really the Gentoo Linux CD.  I'll post a message here
when the CD has been fixed.
