6 I don't think the average developer is really in a good position to
7 resolve this - it will just create a whole lot of fuss and who knows

13 they should of course call for comments from reverse dependencies
14 after suitably framing the issue.

16 If anybody feels that isn't going anywhere or isn't going in the right
17 direction and that something needs to change, they can always ask the
18 council to take it up. They're not really the ideal ones to get
19 involved and will probably want somebody to make a really good case
20 for why they should step in. However, if there really is a need for
21 some kind of democratic vote at least the problem becomes properly
22 informing seven people and not 200.
