11 outside accessor cannot go outside it at whim. I think -- since I was
12 talking about a design choice that involved access denies and allows
13 -- that the context would have made it clear who the figurative and
14 deictic "you" referred to.

16 The configuration -- on Gentoo -- of Apache (by which I mean Apache 2)
17 is very different from the default configuration, and very different
18 from the configurations in use on most other systems. This creates
19 problems for those used to working with non-gentoo systems.

21 IMO, unless a quirk has a specific reason, it shouldn't exist. A
22 better distribution = fewer surprises.
