7 Precisely. There is nothing wrong with convenience and ease of use, but once
8 the convenience granted to only a portion of the users implies including
9 unnecessary packages for everyone else, it's crossed the line. It doesn't
10 take any effort to type an emerge command to merge the package if it's
11 needed; why force it on people who have no use for it?
