I realize that we're about out of time for students to submit |
2 |
proposals, but here's a couple of additional ideas that might be |
3 |
(or might not be!) worth considering: |
4 |
|
5 |
1. Pam cleanup and packaging. Although we're no longer using the |
6 |
infamous RedHat patch sequence for linux-pam, we're still using various |
7 |
not-quite-random patches. It would be really useful to have a |
8 |
student work with other distros and upstream to create something |
9 |
that is better standardized. Diego would be a good person to talk |
10 |
to about this, if he's willing (and it's understandable if he isn't). |
11 |
|
12 |
2. I know the name stands for _G_entoo._org_, but we can't be the only |
13 |
people who would find gorg to be extremely useful. Would neysx |
14 |
want help making whatever changes would be needed to make gorg |
15 |
an official Gentoo project (akin to keychain) that would be useful |
16 |
to the broader community? |
